Vendor Rules & Regulations
- Vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords and surge protectors with them. CAC does not provide these items.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.
- Fees cover all three days of the King Arts & Crafts Festival and do not include any other festivals or events hosted by the CAC.
- Vendor spaces are 10' x 20' with 5' between booths so Customers may have access to the sides of the booth.
- The Vendor is responsible for keeping vendor booth area clean and organized at all times.
- The Vendor is expected to keeping vendor booth open with an attendant present during festival hours.
- Horseplay, fighting, harassment, bullying, or violence is prohibited on festival grounds and CAC property.
- Proof of Insurance and/or Health Department Permit may be required for Food and Entertainment vendors. Please call 479-216-1537 to verify regulations.
- Daily and nightly security will be provided during the three-day King Arts & Crafts Festival. However, the CAC and the Kings Arts & Crafts festival will not be responsible for theft or damage to vendor merchandise, booths, vehicles, or equipment.
